I have a Eaton Fuller RTOC - 16909A which has been converted to a 13 Speed. I am having difficulty getting it to come out of or to go into some gears. This seems to be random. My clutch brake isn't working either. I have to turn the engine off to get it to go into first. I recently had the clutch adjusted after I noticed it slipping. Is it possible that it was adjusted too tightly and the clutch isn't releasing properly. Or what else could the problem be?

How much free play do you have in the pedal?

Did you mean it was slipping before you had it adjusted or after?

all problems you describe now are usually related with shaft brake and clutch ajustment. Try to reajust. I had the similar problem, but a bit different way... I had to depress clutch pedal, wait 5 sec and engage gear.

Now it is not slipping, but the clutch brake is not working and is harder to put into or out off gear. I can bump the fuel pedal and it will slide into gear, nothing like it was before.
I have, since, installed the Bully Dog, but I drive 57 MPH everywhere I go and have not over torque the engine at all. -
If you have a 1.5" of free play and the clutch is slipping sounds like you need a clutch.

It might have had a little grease on the clutch brake. If thats the case end of clutch brake or it could be just wore out. It can be changed without pulling the trans. Another thing you might have some linkage worn. I would suggest you take it to a good driveline shop not a Petro, TA or dealer but a actual clutch shop. They seem to have better rates and know exactly what to look for.
