Cabover ID Question

They may have raised the length limits on the highways, but they haven't rebuilt the cities in the north east.
I run into Manhattan a lot and I'd LOVE to get my hands on a COE.

I use a 9400 day cab right now and I don't get into much trouble, but I'd trade that hood for a bunk, in a heartbeat!
So I wouldn't have to stay awake while the load comes off.

(average day, 3 hours in under cover of darkness, 4-6 hrs unload, 4 hours back in traffic! ugh!)
