not to rob the thread, but I found a couple wires on the injector harness rubbed through the wire jacket exposing the bare wires ona C15. assuming they were not touching, could that still cause a voltage drop? I did repair the wires but had some other issues and not sure if it was causing the problem or not

Poor batt. connections, low batt. voltage would can cause the ecm to do crazy stuff. It does sound like Pablo that the idm inside the ecm is toast. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the voltage is up to 100-120vlts to the injectors.

The problem is finally solved. There was bad capacitor inside caused massive voltage converter fault with bad MOSFETs, some toasted things inside unit, transformer insolation damage...
so You were right! It was internal ECM damage.
Ok, ECM iside)
Heavyd Thanks this. -
So, you're saying the Flux Capicator was bad.

yeah, it was like a mix of capacitor and resistor. so much heat that shrink on it cracked!!! and bad capacitor started the chain... I tried to run engine to understand what a hell is going on till voltage converter complitely failed
