Cummins ISX fault codes-555,556,559?

I'm not sure about actuator. You guys do diagnostics the wrong way! Hook up laptop with Insite and ride!

Seems to me U got low fuel pressure issues.!!!

 

The Cummins TS does ask if there is 482 for low fuel pressure. If the fuel pressure is in spec, no air in fuel, you start diagnosing the actuator.

 

yeah, according the manual.... but front and rear actuators do not fail in the same time and when one actuatir is bad engine runs rought at idle and at acceleration.

Poor fuel pump perfomance is usually notised under full load, like climbing a hill, and later problem may progress to low pressure at idle.

and there are actuator tests in Insite, cut-out test that let be sure about actuators.
