seems to me the problem was in conncector corrosion and it dissapeared after some attention.

A quick question, I'm an owner of a D16 an it is throwing ecm code 128(Engine), 173 (temp exhaust too high) FMI 0,2,5. now my question is is it a sensor or else ? what could be the solution ?

Hi I am new to this website and i am not sure how to post up a new question. I have a volvo I shift and getting a J1708 error. Codes are MID140 PID250 FMI9. When the truck is in neutral it revs normally when accelerator is pressed. As soon as we engage it in Auto or manual it does not go into gear and the truck does not even rev when we press the accelerator. Could this be a wiring issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
