the last time I solved this problem, it was carpet under pedal)

Ok, check voltage output of gas pedal sensor. Over 4.4V is 100%

Make sure you put the throttle pedal sensor in that your VIN calls for. Cats need a different throttle pedal than a Cummins.

There is no adjustment to the throttle position sensors. Your percentage readings do not mean it isn't getting full throttle. If you changed it for a power problem that was the wrong thing. If the TPS goes over 100% for some reason it will shut the fuel off and back on so fasst it will make the truck act like it has a miss.

    Mykhailo Thanks this.

Back when I had a n-14, I had to turn key on with truck not running, push fuel pedal down and release 3 times to calibrate. Not sure if it is the same for cat but it won't cost you anything and let me know if it does work for when I replace mine

Ouh, I wanna tell you that all new Cat ECMs read 80-90% with pedal to floor and over 80% is a kick down power, so let the truck keep running.
