Adding sleeper W900A

Im looking at buying a W900a for a project. It is a daycab right now and looks to have a pretty short wheelbase. If I get it, how hard would it be to add about a 42'' sleeper on it? Im guessing I would have to stretch the frame? Also what would be a reasonable price for it. Its got all steel wheels, Im sure its fair share of leaks, and its been setting for 5-10 years with occasional startup I think. Ive just been looking at it driving by so I dont know alot about it yet.
