N14 - got ecm codes 123, 132 & 352

I've got a buddy with a '98 IH 525hp red top Cummins. It shows code 332/Injector circuit. The engine derates and RPMs won't turn above 1500. We checked all of the connections and couldn't find anything wrong. Any suggestions on what else we could check? To the OP, sorry to hijack your thread.

 

be a little more specific on all of the connections. ecm connector, external pass thru connector, internal pass thru connector, and wire nuts at inj solenoid.

although, to make this fast, unplug your #4 injector at the pass thru and measure the resistance at the pass thru, not the connector. should be around 0.5-2.0 ohms - if i remember correctly.

if its not, remove valve cover (and jake brakes if equipped) and measure the injector solenoid resistance at the solenoid itself (remove the top plastic cover) i say this because you can buy the injector pigtail if that's failed, although that is not likely.

if the resistance is in spec., plug it back in and unplug the ecm actuator connector. measure resistance from pins 15 to 4 and make sure the resistance is still within spec. if it is, replace the ecm. if not repair harness.
