I's like to do that but we can not compete with east-europeans in price. I have everything ready for it TIR-carnet etc.

we also we drive frankfurt, germany to kyrgistan for 14500€
and returning beans from azerbaijan to macedonia for 5000€

turkish guys drive same relation for 11000€

    bulgarians for 8000€

about half of this (14500) goes for expenses so i dont know how they can drive cheaper

What route are they using? From Bulgaria ferry to Georgia then ferry from Azerbaidjan to Turkmenistan? How many kilometres does it make?

    from germany to kyrgistan

hungary , serbia , bg,turkey they pass border to georgia at sarpi ( at cost of black sea

and then you need to drive about 300km on road where pedestrians can walk "faster" than you

than they go on ferry in baku , to aqtau kz or ,turkmenbashi in turkmenistan(depending where you go)

than driving in KZ to kyrgistan

ferry across caspian sea is 1300 USD in one direction

they mainly dont go via iran because of nato if they drive for army

    as for km

you make 7600km from frankfurt to bishek ( without ferry ) (ferry is about 450-500km)

for return probably little bit more if you need to go off track for picking load ....

also i dont know does anyone go via iran in other direction

Some years ago the transit tax through Iran was 2000 dollars, that's why no one used it.

Are they doing a lot of NATO work or also some commercial loads?
