    I would like to know what other 40 pin 3406e engines have the 57 injectors like the 5ek

    Almost all engines from a 5Ek up to a MBN use the 10R-8501. Some use a 10R-8502 but the 10R-8501 is the most common used.

    We are having some ECM problems with a 5ek and would like to find a good used one right now Cash is low. We would like to find a ECM that is 475hp and uses the 57 injectors. Only one that we have found is from a motor that had 58 injectors.

    Easiest way is to get an ecm from a 1lw they all have 57's. Even easier get someone to flash your 5ek ecm

    The 5ek ecm the jake and cruise doesn't work and cat wants 1600 for a new one can't find a good used one so we were trying to find a good used ecm that uses the 57 injectors that's what in the engine. Thanks

    Then find a 1LW ecm. All the higher horsepower 1LW's use the 57's

    I don't know where to find one I don't know anyone that has one of these engines. Do you know where I could find one?

    It's not rocket science just type 1lw ECM and start looking at all the hits it brings up
