I my own got both of them installed on my C-15 BSX.. Here's my own opinion so chime in w/ur experience..
T3000 - i dont c its give me any extra hp or either fuel mileage (atleast on Cat engine)
Air Cell Spacer - again i found this spacer may gain u extra little bit hp but its make my Cat drink fuel like crazy..This is happen to my bro'truck also...on his D-60 Series its give him slow start up and lag of air flow to the intake..
I dont kn how did they test them in the lab but in reality they're just ain't worth it...

PRO: they make great paper weights

CON: they are BS devices marketed in a fashion to literally con ignorant people out of their hard earned money.

A fool and his money are easily separated.

It all looks good on paper, but if you paid any attention in school, common sense will tell you that its the point of delivery that matters.

In other words, it doesn't matter which way the air circulates or if the fuel goes through a little tube with 2 wires that cross each other (Turbo 3000). We're talking about a diesel and the air is forced using a turbo. You have a fuel system pressurized with fuel at the injector tip @ 30,000 psi

The only way anyone will get better fuel economy is to slow down.
Does anyone realize that after 55 mph, for every 10 mph the power requirement doubles ? At's all about physics and wind drag.

I have a Star fulling a step, its a rolling brick... but I have achieved 7 mpg on a couple occasions with sleek low profile loads, but I also gotten as low as 3 mpg with wide loads with head winds.

In my truck, the difference between 60 and 70 is .5 mpg & 70 and 75 mph is a whopping 1 mpg. I have made this test several times across Nebraska where its flat with similar loads. These test wasn't calculated by some in dash computer, but rather at the pump and actual fuel used.

So if I want to better 1/2 - 1 mpg better fuel economy, try slowing down to 60 mpg.

Sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, but you cannot get around the laws of physics.

Any inline device in your fuel system is snake oil. Injectors release fuel at extremely high pressures to atomize the fuel. Turbo 3000, eco, etc are only going to make the person selling them money, and the person buying them a fool. These types of devices can't do anything to the fuel. There is no cheap way to gain fuel mileage, other than slowing down.

I don't think I'm a stupid person but I did make an impulsive decision to buy the aircell after watching the propaganda video at I80 truck stop one day.

I gotta find mine and put it on my desk...it might look really good if I polish it up!

Why don't you polish and then sell it to some sucker and make your money back?

Its all about the marketing.... They prey on the trucker with knowledge that we are despite with the high cost of fuel to increase fuel economy.

I increased my trucks fuel economy by 1 mpg by investing in a APU, SS tires and a free flowing exhaust. I'd probably do better if I slowed down & quit pulling OD loads.... but a N14 wasn't built for economy :biggrin_2559:
