I just replaced my OEM Garret turbo with a 171702. Dam, it was cheap enough for sure (from Truck Pro) and very straight forward to do.

I have a tune on my 12.7 but not sure it was done as good as it could. I am replacing the CAC this week and then will do more testing.

The 171702 has the 75mm comp wheel. It is a superior wheel than the Garrett.

    Thanks for the help.
The only real differnce in the IV's and the III's is the software, right? Once I get the motor up to specs and really liking it; I should be able to tune (turn) it up just a tad, right?
