is this black smoke/ puffing happening at 1200-1300 rpm? from my expirience this happens with my 2007 classic egr and i have adjusted turbo rod about one turn shorter and driveability is ten times better !

Good luck, with that stuff on they're you'll pretty much have to just keep replacing everything over and over, vpod, delta-p's, VNTs, egr valves. Its a continuous cycle and luck depends on how frequent they will need replaced.

I just replaced vpod and learned that it needs a setup(on a computer I guess?) the only thing I notice that when is at idle sounds much better as far as hissing sound at the exhaust pipe, before it was cutting in and out,now is even and constant

friend of mine had a similar problem he replaced everything and spend around $6000.......at the end all he needed was actuator adjustment!!!
I will look into that tomorrow

Cool, glad your happy.. Personally I hate all the adjustments to keep it running smooth. I just got rid of the problem all together.
