When someone buys a glider, do you have to pay upfront or can it be financed? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

My dealer wants $5000.00 to place the order, and a total of 5-20% down once it comes in. Depends on your credit...

    DrtyDiesel Thanks this.

Not sure what you are running with for credit but I was told anything over 620 for a score is not a problem...

Did they hire her for her last name? ;)

Bauer Bilt in Bolingbrook, IL told me to sign up for the Michelin Advantage program(which took right at three months for approval) specifically for the XDN2's. They sell both those & what I was inquiring about with Bridgestone & were still recommending those.

Good luck with your new truck.

How do you like the XDN2 and what size are you running?

LOL, not sure what their motivation was, but Leah is pretty sharp about the glider trucks. Doesn't hurt that she is easy on the eyes also.

I had heard a lot of good things about the XDN2 Michelins. Decided to give them a shot with this truck. 445/50R22.5 size. Won't be a real low rolling resistance tire, but since I operate only in the upper Midwest all winter long, I wanted the edge of the traction these seem to have. Combined with the traction these tires are supposed to have, and having spec'd full lockers in the drive axles on this new truck, I should have no problem dealing with anything this winter.
