Hi, I had my 2005 isx egr deleted by the pdi dealer, diesel spec, in Montreal. That was 60k miles, today, all of a sudden it blew the egr hose off that goes into the intake(which is blocked off), I didn't think there should have been any exhaust gas getting passed the valve. I shut the truck off, turned the key on, unplugged the power going to the egr valve, started it up, no more leak. So why was the valve opening after having it deleted? Now with it unplugged im getting the same top end boost, but running down the road its around 14psi instead of about 28-30 which is where it was before unplugging it. Is the valve suppose to be unplugged after getting the egr deleted? Thanks!
