I heard a guy saying he uses baby oil on his dash and not Armor All. Anyone on here have an opinion?

By the way, your little otter momma and baby just melt my heart! Hubby and I are otter nuts (we really do just love those mischievous little rascals!) so I giggle every time I see them! :)

Actually, hubby and I have discovered shaving cream to truly be the best, and you can't beat the smell for air freshener reasons....but as far as the dash goes *wink wink*....I was always told by my dad to go with baby oil, too because it lasts longer. Having taken his advice I have found him to be right, but there is a draw back-- it seems to be something of a dust magnet and we certainly don't want to get dirt up in there, it's so uncomfortable! Oh wait....stay on topic. Riiiiight....:biggrin_25517:

I would have thought baby oil and wd 40 would have been a bad choice over time due to the patrolium breaking down the dash after a while.
