Anyone familiar with this trailer valve?
I installed it and it works fine but I am trying to understand how its working.
It has the following:
1. RESERVOIR TANK AIR IN
2. AIR OUT 1
3. AIR OUT 2 (if not needed its plugged off)
4. EXHAUST
5. EMERGENCY AIR IN (signal to dump HCV valve when removed)
If the suspension bleeds off, it goes out the EXHAUST.
However, when I set the trailer brakes (pop the red dash valve out)
it does dump the suspension but air shoots out around the #5 port.
(it has what appears to be some sleeve)
I think thats normal but I had expected it would go out EXHAUST.
I suspect there is a diaphragm in there or something.
Anyone know? - I'm just curious...
