Guys I need some help, Have a 2000 3126 Cat 300 hp with 45,000 miles on it. This truck never gave me an ounce of problems until now. Over the last month or two every time it rains or is damp out when I first start the truck it runs like crap. I had a friend put a scanner on it and it showed the fuel pressure jumping around so we repalced the regulator. Thought we had it solved but yesterday i went to pick it up and it was damp out and again it ran like crap. As soon as it warms up it runs great and the problem goes away. Im selling the truck but I dont want to sell it with this problem! I had a 96 Pete 330 that did the same thing but not as bad. Any clues as to where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Check your injector harness for oil bleed threw. Check and make sure the grounds are tight on the engine block.

Change the oil and filter, high soot levels will cause a miss when cold. If you are selling, 0w40 works great to cover this problem up(cheaper than a set of injectors.)
