05 Century Auto Tranny

    Morning everyone,

    I have a question that has been keeping me up all night researching and googling, but turned up with no answers. On my 05 century, I need to find where the Transsmission Control Module ( ie the ECM for the transmisson) is located. I have changed everything else that could be causing my truck to get stuck in gear and give me an "F" code.... :biggrin_2555:

    What transmission do you have?

    Did you scan it to confirm it is a TCM issue? The problem could be electrical and/or mechanical. Unless you changed the entire transmission out with all harnesses, including ECM harness as well as engine sensors and ecm, you haven't changed everything that could cause transmission to get stuck into gear. Engine information can cause a no shift condition the same as the TCM can...
