Some trucks are prone to rain water leaking into the dash through leaking windshields and this will cause some condensation/moisture to build up.

What truck ? Can you change the bulb? Before people dogpile there are some you can not. If you can remove the bulb and feed it a few grains of raw rice. Put it back together. Should clear it up .

My FLD used to do this when it was colder outside after a rain. The humidity is inside the gauge and your bulbs insude them heat up and cause the condensation. After a while, it should go away.

Turn the a/c on, it will help dry out the inside of the cab, if it's cold out, just turn the heat on with the A/C.

It is a western star, I changed a few of the bulbs the other day, Yea I took a blow dryer to them and it worked out well and I pulled the main plate up where all the gauges are mounted to, and I couldnt see no moisture or nothing it was pretty dry, I tried turning the heater on, next time I will try the a/c and see if it helps

All it takes is to open your door with a good driving rain or blowing snow to get some water/moisture on the gauges. A nice warm cab and it should evaporate after a while.
