Disc Brakes retofit?

    Anyone know if you can retrofit disc brakes to replace your drum brakes? So far I have no luck finding an answer. I am in need of new chambers, s-cams, shoes and slacks. Since they need redone it would be cool to run with disc instead. Thanks.
