Ive got a vibration thats gettin worse. Mostly when Im on the pedal n a lil bit when Im coasting. U joints are full of synthetic grease n appear to be tight. What else might it be?

The load leveler rod off a hair might have the drive shaft in a bind.

Two midgets wrestling in the bunk? :)

Some times an injector that is just starting to fail with cause issues like this, it will feel just like a driveline vibration.

wore out motor mounts can cause this especially the rear. just had that problem fixed after years if vibration. vibe is now gone. it shakes rattles & bounces, but no vibration.

Carrier bearing might be bad or the rubber around it has broken down. If there is any play in it the driveshaft will whip around under load and during deceleration.

Loose yoke? I know this usually vibrates more in between pulling and coasting, but it will vibrate. Check your ride height. Your leveler valve may be going out, or worked itself out of adjustment.

Also, have you dropped the clutch hard under a load lately? If so, you could have twisted a driveshaft, and a U-joint doesn't have to flop around to be bad. There can be grooves worn it it from dry needle bearings and feel good.

    baha Thanks this.
