My truck has Gra mag seats in it. I have been trying to get some parts for them from gra mag for 3 weeks now and they don't answer the phone or emails very often. At first I got someone on the phone, I had model numbers and part numbers off the seats to give them for reference. Still Mike that works there wanted some pictures of the seats because he couldn't figure out what seats I had. So I send him some pics and time goes by. Tried calling back several times at different times during the day and left voice mails. A woman that works there finally calls me back and I told her that I needed parts and that Mike was supposed to get back with me. I forwarded the emails to her and she said she would get with Mike's supervisor about this issue. Well ol Mike sends me a email with some part numbers and very vague description of the parts and the prices are astronomical. He advised me that I would be better off buying new seats and at the prices of whatever parts he sent me I agree . My seats are in pretty good condition other than a leaking control valve & the plastic trim around the bottoms. I need the main control valve on the drivers side that is mounted under the bottom cushion and wanted to replace some of the plastic trim. I returned his email again asking about just the control valve a couple days ago and still haven't got a response. I am going to send him a email and ask him what brand of seats should I go with because gra mag are definetly not good ones and parts are obviously too costly and practically unobtainable. For now I am planning on getting a simple air dump valve and hook it up directly to the air spring to stop the leak so I will have air ride until I can figure this out.

I have found that seats from Seats Inc. are the best bet for the money. Whenever we had to replace a seat I would just order the same seat that came in the truck, but I have found that all of the major brands have their own problems, so our sales rep brought out one of the Seats Inc. brand seats and I haven't looked back since. Not only are they cheaper, but once I put one in I never have a problem with parts breaking on them, plus they are more comfortable I think.

If you are dead set on getting a major brand, I would say Bostrom seats are the best out of the bunch, with national trailing well behind in second, and Sears Seating trailing a very distant third.

+2 on Seats Inc. I replaced my bostrom in my KW with a seats inc one and is very comfortable. I wanted to replace my seat with the one that was in there but my parts guy said try the seats inc out and I love it. Can't remember the price but was pretty reasonable.

I like my Prime seat that has AC/Heat built in it. Best seat I have ever owned to keep my back side cool with air flow.

I put an ISRI in my truck. They are pretty proud of them but I'm happy with it.

I bought some early Ford Mustang seats that were redone with some type of special foam and cover w/Ultra Leather. I made brackets and mounted them right on the original air operated frames. Paid half of what 1 fancy seats cost and are super comfortable.

I have the legacy lo's by seats inc. They're ok but cheaply made, that's why the price is $600 for them. I'd go with the new bostrom wide ride II with serta gel memory foam!
