    Good Afternoon.

    1999 KW W900

Rear Right Blinker not working. I pulled out my volt meter and there is 12v to 0v fluctuating in sync with the flasher relay. When I measure amps it's .25 to 0 fluctuating in sync with flasher relay. Obviously I've got voltage but little amps. When I depress the brakes the bulb comes on brightly, same bulb as blinker- double filament. When the headlight switch is on the bulb burns brightly. Emergency flashers only left front, right front, left rear function. Right turn is switched on only front right functions. Anyone have an idea?

I've replaced both rear tail lamp fixtures and bulbs with OEM. I've tested fuses and replaced relay. I've cleaned connections and applied connection grease. I also tried switching the four prong connection to get the other lamp to function and it worked fine as the left blinker... So that rules out grounding. I've traced what wires I can. With the exception of replacing entire wiring harness what can I do next?

sound as if you have corrosion in a connector at some point in the harness. start at the light and keep tracing the wire back through the harness. Good luck.

Is this on the tractor? Does the trl blinker still work? I had a similar problem on my frtlnr and it ended up being the signal stat. The are a bit pricey but if you found another driver with one and swap it to test.

Yep, like upallnite said you have a bad connection somewhere. You probably have a corroded butt connector somewhere along the chassis. This is very common. Check for areas in the harness that have been wrapped in electrical tape, that is usually a dead give-away someone was in there at some point fixing wires.
