Hello guys. I was wondering if any of ya'll knew the actual dimensions of these sleepers. I am building an old MCI bus with the 6v92 into an RV. I am trying to find out if the 63" sleeper is the outside dimensions or inside dimensions. I am going to use it for a slide out on this bus. The dimensions that i have found say it is 63" tall 90"x48" And it makes all the difference in this project. Is $500 for the berth a fair price if it is in decent condition? Thanks for any help or info. I called the peterbilt parts and service guy "I don't know, we just figure out the part numbers and order it"

I would love that. I can not find the answer. I am still researching. I think I am wrong on how the dimensions go too. So I am way off.

One other measurement if it is possible... how much vertical space is there underneath the cab floor to bottom of cab. Thanks so much. I am guessing they need room for the mounting brackets. This is going to be a trick for me but I think some people might appreciate it.

I have completely gutted the interior. I am guessing I have pulled about 4000lbs of weight (Seats, bathroom, luggage racks, holding tanks). The bus was fast, and now it is just a bit faster. I am to the point of putting the weight back in it though. View attachment 60983 View attachment 60984 View attachment 60985

$500 seems like a very fair price if its in good condition. That is below material costs so how can you go wrong if it fits.

Thats what I was thinking too. Plus it kind of goes with the theme of the bus being riveted and built with aluminum.
