I have an ISX 550 Cummins engine. It is not getting enough boost. Only about 12 pounds of pressure. I found a crack in the air to air charger and replaced it. Still not getting enough. Any ideas?

Check the map sensor, prolly packed full of carbon. Check the exhaust back pressure sensor on the thermostat housing too. Also may need to run a turbo test through insite. If the vanes are sticking it may cause this issue too
