Got a new 2009 WS last year (never sold, sat in Washington for a few years). Even when I left with it, the clutch pedal shook so bad under a load it was nuts.
They replaced the pedal thinking it was missing some padding etc.
I could then figure it out, and make it do it at will by getting over 20psi of boost, at the 1450-1600rpm range. Above or below that, not too bad.
Tranny was running warm today (100k lb load, I68 in Md), and got to 200f. The vibration etc seemed worse than normal.
It now shakes the gear shifter a little too, as well as the noises etc. Can hear what sounds like the engine note changing too when at that RPM (2009 S60).
It's been on the dyno, and actually shakes the engine when it does it due to the drive axle being chained down etc, Detroit had no idea. Been to various shops, all they do is check driveline angles etc.
I am heading out West to a very friendly WS dealer, and would like to tell them where to look etc.
Carrier bearing feels tight, and cannot see the driveshaft etc out of line when on the dyno.
Engine, clutch, trans, axles or?????

Vibration/shaking at @1500 under boost.

Probably the clutch. 200 degrees is normal. I run up to 230 some times. I have a 2014 ISX and Eaton 10 speed, under load up a hill it shakes too. Probably the clutch. This is a new truck, started at 25k miles, it doesn't bother me. I'd just let it go.

Under warranty, I shouldn't have too! Clutch pedal goes nuts, gear shifter shakes a little, and so on. Annoying to say the least....
Cheers

Injector?.............................
-
In my time of owning it..... It has had 13 injectors! One single one and 2 - 6 packs! Didn't change a thing, but Detroit likes injectors while under warranty I guess! Warranty started last June, so good for a few years yet

Has it ever had a compression test? I'm wondering if one hole is maybe a little low, that will cause an engine to shake and send vibrations thru everything.

I would be looking at the clutch mounting bolts, Torque to 55 lbs, also when the clutch throw out bearing is greased you want to hold the pedal down and grease it, a lot, There is a brass slieve that rides in the transmission input shaft. if it is worn it will rattle around.
#2 do a plug swap on the transmission, buy an extra plug, Eaton, check the diffs as well, check the phasing of the drive line.
Just a thought! -
Did it on the computer, everything good according to that. Not a true test with a gauge, but with the computer hooked up and cranking the engine

Plug swap?

I've got the same issue with brand new kenworth isx 18 speed. Does it stop vibrating if you depress clutch and release than power up again still on the long pulls? Mine does and apparently dealer has tired balancing clutches on other trucks with no improvement. They going to try different rear engine mounts and balancing drive shaft not hopeful.
