    Hi guys,
I got a 2010 T660. Both the driver and passenger have the same problem. Rolling the wheel forward makes the back go forward. If you stop before the end it works ok, but if you crank right to the end, it drops back 6 inchs and you need to crank it again. I hadn't had any problems with them while i was int he truck, but my co driver is 280 pounds. (im 150). If the seat is holding ok, and he sits in it fast it sometimes go back and needs to be recranked. He says the recline isnt going forward enough and holding. Does anyone know whats broken? Can it be repaired or does it need replacement?
    Thanks

p,s, they are the ultraleather gray seat that came with the truck/

I've had the same problem in the past, I never did look into what could be replaced or fixed, normally just replace the seats, not a safe deal if it drops back when he's going down the road and looses control of the truck. New seats are cheaper than another truck.

Sometimes if you pull the center cap of the adjustment wheel there is a bolt remove bolt, pull handle off and look in the back side some look like a circular scroll. And a small pin fits in the grooves on adjusting wheel. Just replace the adjusting handle as the plastic cracks and won't hold adjustment, other adjusters are a cam style. They both work in the same way. Handle shouldn't cost much

    RubyEagle Thanks this.
