started truck up Thursday morning after sitting approximately 10 hours. Was smoking white smoke smelled like raw diesel, was also running rough. Cleared up after getting to operating temp. Delivered my load went home empty to find/fix problem. Took off exhaust manifold and number 4 was blowing smoke...smelled like raw diesel. replaced injector with a cat reman, run complete overhead, put everything back together. was smoking really bad from diesel fuel. And now it is still doing the same thing. Need some advice and suggestions. From reading on here sounds like a crack or head gasket on number 4. why would it start this all of a sudden?
white smoke missing after replacing number 4 injector, cat c15 6nz

Fire ring lost it's crush awhile back and it's burned through. Yank you a few head bolts around and between #4 and 5, more than likely they'll be carboned up pretty bad.

Sounds like a possible injector seat (not injector cup) problem.
