So, Im having some wierd ishues.

While truck is off, all 12 volt outlets real 12.5ish. (normal ish) While truck is on, they read 9.4ish. Batts read 14.1 and ecm reads 14.1. why are all the accessory reading much lower?

Fringe in truck wont turn on while truck is off or on.

Same issue was solved by adding distilled water to the batteries on my Columbia

I don't know where it is but there is a voltage regulator for all your accessories. I'm guessing that is bad.

    Richter Thanks this.

whats a ishues? is that when you have allergy's? (just kidding) id start by cleaning all your battery connections and go from there. sounds like you have a bad connection somwhere after the battery's go to the fuse box's

I dont know where it is either, but i think your right. When replacing the batts the voltage reg wasn't hooked up tot he batts and all the accessories rapidly turned on and off untill it was fixed...that may have fried it.
