My 379 dashboard was originally grey and black. the grey has faded considerably and is just ugly, so i would like to know what you guys
have done. I was thinking of just repainting it with paint made for plastic but i dont want to deal with all the scratches that come with it
    any suggestions

Dupli-Color makes a paint called Vinyl & Fabric. It works real well, I used it to paint all that plastic down on the floor board on my pete, also the plastic inserts at the windshield. Any parts house or the box stores.

I'm reading the can now "Dashboards, door panels, seats and carpet"

The nice thing about vinyl now is that a lot of sign shops can print anything you want on it, and if it can withhold years of use stuck on the outside of a truck. I was going to wrap my gauge panels in my last truck, but ended up selling it before I got to it.
