running down the road here in Nebraska notice oil pressure went up to 80lbs. have any ideal what this could be. going to get towed in, dont want to risk any damage to motor. no lights came on or anything. no codes. if you can shed any light on this please let me know

Oil pressure issues should always confirmed with a mechanical pressure gauge. The problem is likely a sensor or wiring though.

Jumping UP I wouldn't be getting a tow. Sensor or wiring issue I would say.
Keep the RPM's low until a mechanical gauge can be hooked up, or sensor/wiring checked.
