W900 L speedometer question ?

    Hello all , i have a KW W900L , with a 3406e , and the speed reading work ok (the needle read the right speed ) but the odometer not incrementing ? ,
    my question ?
    the sensor on the output shaft of the transmission go to ECM and after that the ECM produce only one pulse for the speedometer / odometer ?
    hope my question made sense ?

    Yes, you get one pulse for the whole speedo head...if your odo is not working you need a new head.

    There are some aftermarket speedo heads on Ebay. They are ALOT cheaper than the ones from kenworth. We have found them to work very well. I do not remember the seller. They had quite a few on there. The customer service was good also.
