    I had a 1999 ihc 9300 (4 sealed headlights) you pull the drl module. What would be considered your doghouse. Right behind there. I think it's where your cup holders are in the middle of your dash at the bottom.

    Take a few bolts of and remove it all and there will be a little black box plugged in.

    I hope that made some sort of sense.
