International 4300 wont start. We had a cold spell last Friday. I figured it was froze up. I plugged block heater into it, added diesel 911 to both tanks and after 4 hours still would not start. It does even blow any smoke from the pipes. Engines turns over plenty fast, drained fuel from filter and even that seems fine. Anyone got any other ideas.

    Thanks

Check your battery connections. Make sure the ecm power wire is making good connection.
If its spinning over adequately enough that it should start, I'd check the ecm inline fuses as well. If its turning over slowly, maybe it just needs a charge and more time to heat up.

I'd guess you're jelled. Dumping additive in 13 degree fuel will do nothing. Doesn't mix when it's that cold. Pull filters replace with new and add additive to them

Thanks for all the help. It ended up being the fuse for the ecm in the battery box.

    black_dog106 and PurplePete Thank this.

2005 International 4300 won't start. Battery, ECM wire and fuses all checked.
Any other ideas? Danielle - Las Vegas Nevada USA

It was running and you shut it off and it cranks but does not start?
Does it have any fault codes? The big connector in the battery box that
the ECM fuses feed is clean and tight and not melted? Follow the ECM
power harness and make sure it is not rubbed and corroded through.
