Hey folks.
I'm having an issue with a truck in our fleet. The original issue was a crank but no start. No faults in Diagnostic Link. DD13, single fuel tank with no equiflo or valves between tank and Davco, and a two-filter system. The quantity control valve has been replaced, but when priming with exterior tank (equipped with hand pump) pressure is going right back to the tank. Used ESOC pneumatic priming pump and truck will run, but not once pump valve is shut off. Davco ball check valve clean and operational. Filters new. There has to be another check valve in this system preventing the truck from utilizing the fuel. These trucks are fairly new to our fleet so we aren't all that familiar with this system. Any ideas on how to narrow this problem down? It feels like the pressure is going back to the tank via the SUPPLY line. I'm tired of looking at this truck...help!
