In August this year I replaced my turbo. Now it has started whistling. It doesn't whistle at an idle but constantly while driving.

Any ideas? With it being a new turbo it shouldn't be going bad

Tighten the rubber boots, check for holes or tears.

Yup I would say tighten boots and check for air leaks in charge air all the way to the intake including intake. I use my CAC tester and just hook it up on the hot side as opposed to both the hot and cold. This will pressurize everything and you can see where the leak is. Check you V-band clamps as well.

Yep, like the others said, check all your air to air clamps and the turbo flange nuts at the exhaust manifold.
