2002 International not accelerating- need advice

    I have a 2002 International 9100i that is not accelerating and white smoke coming out of exhaust. I've replaced the turbo and 2 injectors and have had the ECM tested with no luck.

    Check engine light on? Do the cheap easy things first, replace your fuel filters, check your fuel and make sure it has proper fuel pressure.
