2010 ISX, Have used 4 gallons coolant in 1 week 2300 miles, No external leaks, Head gasket replaced 7 months ago 120,000 miles out of warranty, Seems like antifreeze fumes coming from exhaust into the cab. Could I have another leak in head gasket pushing it into the exhaust? Could their be a blockage in the oil cooler and its not getting enough coolant and boiling it? Also, Having to add oil every 1400 miles so its not going into the crankcase. No its not the egr cooler, its been taken care of, also, after running it for a while and stop at red light can see steam coming from the passengers side of hood. Has anyone experienced this?

Could have a leak that is dripping directly on the exhaust manifold or pipe and burning off right away leaking little trace.

Did you have the counterbores cut for shims? I have seen them worn down as much as .011". Yes,
(.001" below the deck surface on the right side and .010" above on the left side) Will not hold a gasket very long like that. Liners should have .013"-.014" protrusion.bigguns Thanks this. -
Check air dryer exhaust port for coolant. After rereading post that is surely not it. Open hood and see where steam or smoke is coming from. If it is from blow-by tube could be just a tired engine with worn pistons and rings. Could be coolant entering crankcase in a high temperature area like the middle of the a liner and its not seen much in the oil because it is in the form of steam. Then the crankcase pressure carries it out of the engine. Take an oil sample. Come off the road hot, leave engine running with a sheet of cardboard under blowby tube and see if coolant drops on it.
