Watch out for them 500 horse Paccars, they're under-estimated by just about every one. There isn't much you can do with factory parts to the 550 horse ISX's without going illegal.
Lucar Thanks this. -
I would try to put ported manifold, fass, and bully dog gt.

What RPM range are you at when the other trucks are catching up to you? If you keep it on the lower end of the rpm's then you will have the full amount of torque. If you run up higher around 1800 rpm you will get the full horsepower of the engine. There really isn't much that you can do to them that won't interfere with the emissions on them.

Idk my old 2010 isx 550 would outpull any new motor but it took awhile to break it in and also cummins is a higher rpm motor its sweet spot doesnt come in until 1600 and reaches its peak torque at 1800 . Get some miles on it and it will come to life.im driving a 2014 isx 600hp now with only 35,000miles on her and doesnt pull as good as my old 2010 but once broken in it will come to life.

my friend from hirschbach drives a 2015 prostar with cummins isx15 450 hp engine. So far 150k miles since from factory without breakdown or engine issues.
