Hi guys, my truck was running fine all day but on the last hill I had to climb it started making a loud hissing sound and I had no boost pressure, I checked all the hoses and pipes and everything looks fine so I'm assuming it's the air to air, I phoned around to all the shops in the area and no one has time to look at it, would it be ok to run it until I get home in a few days to have it repaired? Thanks in advance
Air to air issue

You could run it if you absolutely have to. Won't have much power. Any check engine light? Double check the hoses. Do a good visual inspection of the cac and check the seam areas for cracks. Highly unlikely it developed a random hole in the middle of it. Do the redneck dyno and try and pin point the leak

There is no check engine light on so far, what's a redneck dyno?

If you have a cat on the turbo elbow is a plug, put a quick connect air fitting on that, cut a Lucas jug in half, clamp off intake part of turbo, then remove cac hose off drivers side and cap air radiator with sour cream can. Supply 10-15lbs air to system and squirt with soapy water. Don't put 100# air to it, regulate it. 10 all you need to find leak. This will tell you if it's the turbo elbow, piping, or air to air.
BoxCarKidd Thanks this.
