Earlier today everything was working fine, the only problem was that there was a side light that was not working. I checked all fuses and they were all okay. So I pulled a wire from the fuse box and mistakenly connected the positive end of it to the negative end of the side light's wire (just barely touched the wires together), and my truck completely shut down. No lights. No power. Nothing at all. I have 2 fuse boxes, one outside the truck and one inside the truck. The one on the inside has no power at all, and the one outside does have power. What should I try next? There is power in the relay but how do I check if the power relay is actually working or not?
I have a 2008 Hino flatbed tow truck that will not start.

May I suggest you call a tow truck, or someone that understands the properties of electricity...

Look inside batt. box or near by for 2 fuse, replace if blown, the main fuse for power is near batt. box pos. an neg. each may have a fuse on hino type trucks?

Go to expeditersonline.com and look for greasytshirt. He is a HINO mechanic, and helps the expediters with their Hino truck problems. I'm sure he would help you too. Couldn't hurt to ask.
