stumped need help with turn signals

    i have no turn signals or turn signal indicators and my parking brake indicator light is stuck on?? checked fuses and relays all good and my fourways still work.

    I had an issue with turn signals a year ago. It kept burning the fuse. So I put a breaker in the fuse box, and it still kept setting the breaker. I trouble shooted everything, I finally replace the light cord and my troubles where gone.

    It is above the panel with the diagnostic plug in it. You have to drop that panel down to get to it.
