Hi I own a 2005 International Model 8600. When putting weight on the rear axles, such as pinning to a loaded trailer, my air pressure goes down. Takes a while for my air bags to fill again and the pressure to go to 120 psi. When rolling on a highway, my air pressure maximizes to 120 psi and will immediately descend to 90 psi. It will repeat then repeat this as long as I'm driving on a highway. Once I start city driving it will only go to about 90 psi.

Check the leveling valve and the air bags. If you shut the truck off I would think you could hear a leak like that. On the air bags I would spray them down with some windex. If they are leaking you will see bubbles. A leak the size of what you are describing should be easy to find.

Yep, sounds like a leaking air bag or line.
