I was once driving down the highway in a conventional KW, and it suddenly died. It has no juice from the battery.

I turned the fuel pump on manual, got back in, put it in 5th gear, released the brakes, them in about 20 to 30 seconds it started rolling, it did not get very fast, yet I let out on the clutch and it started.

Don't know what your problem is, but thought I would mention this. Hope you ca get it started.

As with anything, first you gotta turn it off and then on. It worked even with our government a year or so ago

Do you have any red lights on? We have a few a of those crappy trucks that do exactly same thing. You will need a international tech. if any red lights are on. Also I have seen on the drivers side there are large electrical plugs that clip on the side of engine that have come off the command module of whatever module it is.

Happened to me as well. One of the wire from the battery going to the ECU was corroded and broke! Luckily I was able to salvage it and avoid the two.

I had a truck with a bad solenoid for the overheat gouge, the arrow was flickering when driving and shutting down the engine without setting off any buzzers and warning lights.Thats scary going down hill, with no power steering.
