dish tailgater mounting

can some one with the tailgater tell me what holes on the bottom of it you use to mount it?
none of them are threaded I even tried pulling off the rubber pads and one more thing do you know what the bolt size they will be?
im going to make my own bracket im not paying 200 dollars for crap I got at home
