So I've got a 377 sffa that I bought a few months back, like the truck fairly well but really just can't make myself like the headlight setup. Have come to the conclusion. That the route I want to go is glassing in the headlight opening then fabricating standard double square lights into the fender similar to a T-600. The challenging part will be getting them recessed and square as the fender is sloped to the side and back at the top. Anyone that understands my plan with any body work experience I would sure be appreciative :)

that would work, but what many have done around here is, do cancel the original lights like you're thinking and install a set of 379 head lights, and they look good when done properly.

Any way you could use the headlight buckets from an FLD120? They're staggered a little bit because the fender sweeps back on the outside.

Yeah I've seen a couple that look pretty good with the lights off the grill, just thought about doing something a little different. The early 377 had something similar to the fld, still didn't look just right. Maybe I'll meet a good body man that wants a project.
