Geez, we've been able to go to the moon (that was back in 1969), create computers that will process information like you wouldn't believe, have tiny cell phones that can do just about everything but toast a bread, make stealth planes, do umpteen of other cool stuff, and we still haven't been able to find solutions to vibrating rearview mirrors?
Something tells me that people simply aren't working on a solution!T800H Thanks this. -
I'm sure you are right. -
-
I'll give you the fact that the T6 mirrors were better than the tube frames found on a W9 or a Pete, but they aren't perfect either. -
T600 doors and W900 doors are interchangeable
-
-
W900 are not door mount, they are cowl mount as well. Still shake like crazy.
-
Yeah I know both mirrors are cowl mounted. i guess I should proof read more.

Take that epoxy clay like stuff nead an amount about the size of a marble boulder and rap it around the base of the mirror just above the little fork where the mirror loosens to adjust.
Move the mirror back and forth and you will see where im talking about but make sure there adjusted where you want them before applying the epoxy clay.
I didnt, but you may need to do the top portion of the mirror also.Rock solid and unadjustable !
Be sure to pack it in real good, and let it harden before starting the engine!
Thats how i solved my problem.
