Pittsburgh Power Replacement Muffer For International 9900

Some customers have told me that they think it's too loud, especially with the jake but many of guys we deal with like the noise or want it louder. They're not going to be as loud as straights on an N-14. Other then the noise for as long as I've worked here I've never spoken to anyone who didn't like them. As far as comparable products...when we were at the Mid America truck show this year some Chinese company was trying to take pictures of the inside of our muffler and asking a lot of questions. So if you contact them I'm sure they could set you up.

 

....oh and while I'm at it all of you who think we are rebranding grand rock or Donaldsons look at any photo of our muffler systems and ask yourself if you see any similarities

 

It's hard to say. We try to give everyone who buys one of these and idea of what their in for. Doesn't sound like he would like it. We ask if you're a team driver when we sell these just to make sure no one is loosing any sleep in the cab

 

Does anyone know who makes the OEM muffers for the KWs? I looked under my 03 C-15 MBN and the muffers say they are Donaldsons. Didn't know if someone may have already replaced mine with the full flow Donaldson as the truck is already quite loud. Hate to replace them if they are already the full flows as they still look to be in good shape. Mine are the standerd inlet one end and outlet on other end 51.5" ones not the funny looking one I have seen that some of you have under you sleeper.
