My clutch is on its way out, and I've been seeing alot of good things about Lipe. Anyone know where you can get them from? Maybe in the WI area. Also if anyone has had any long term use out of them please share your thoughts.
Thanks

I have installed Lipe clutches in our race truck. The clutch works very well and is easy to adjust. You can also have the spring rate beefed up if you need. I know of a canadian dealer here in Ontario, I sell clutches for him. I do not know who is near you.
-
Thanks for the info. I'll be calling them and hopefully they have a distributor in my area. If you dont mind me asking, what kind of price did you get on the 2000 lb clutch?
-
Do they have any places here in the US?
-
Try google Lipe clutches- I found this distributor in (Upper?) Cambria, PA. They are JRR Distribution. The website ain't great, but they do have a ZIP Code search for dealers and contact info. Hope it helps...
Les2 Thanks this. -
Okay, I ended up calling the factory direct and they will sell to you if there is not a distributor in your area. I have one on the way, should be here wednesday. Super nice people to deal with, just hope the clutch gets here so I can do one more load this year.

The 2250 can be had for $450 straight from them, or at least that use to be the price. They are very good clutches some like to chatter at idle though.
I missed this thread and see you got one already, i know a guy who can build you a custom lipe with 6000lb load plates for a resonable price. -
does the price include the knee replacement surgery or is that extra?
-
Its not much harder to push in than a stock 2250.
-
Well they are a bit higher now, $750.00 shipped with a clutch brake and thats for the 2250# torque. The guy I dealt with said it would be a little harder to press than an ez pedal, but not a great bit. I'm just hoping I can get another 700,000 miles out of it like I did with my factory clutch.
